Busy Sunday

Our day started out great...albeit, early.  We attended the 9:00 a.m. service of a huge Presbyterian church in Bonita Springs.  The church has two handbell choirs; the less advanced group played today.  (Nobody played two-in-hand.)  The main minister was away, so we had one of the associate pastors.  The lesson today was to replace worry and anxiety with prayer.  The choir was huge, and their anthem was wonderful.

After spending twelve minutes waiting in line to exit the huge church parking lot (complete with a policeman stopping traffic on the main road!), we heading back to the condo for a quick lunch.  Then, it was off to Cyprus Falls at the Woodlands in North Port...more house hunting.

A Glimpse of the Community Pool

We drove through Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda on our way back to Naples.  In Punta Gorda, we stopped at Fishermen's Village, a semi-outdoor shopping/eating area right at the port.

Then, it was a stop at Five Guys (a burger restaurant) back in Naples to grab a bite to eat for supper.....and back home in time to watch most of the last football play-off game of the day.  Just another perfect day in paradise!
